Costumer Service Representative
Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare and technology industry, is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join their team. As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting field management and customer relations. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Customer Service Coordinator Location: Cary, NC Pay Range: $33.50/h Shift: Multiple shifts available, including 3pm-12am (remote), 11am-8pm, 7am, 8am, 9am, and 10pm start times (hybrid). - Manage end-to-end planning for the allocation and deployment of field resources in a dynamic environment.
- Apply critical thinking to ensure consistent delivery of customer commitments while optimizing resource utilization.
- Handle customer communications throughout all service events, including providing ETAs and clarifying service expectations.
- Coordinate with field management and influence scheduling decisions to meet operational goals.
- Support capacity planning to meet cyclical demand and adapt to changing field conditions.
What's Needed?
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel; knowledge of SAP is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective customer and internal interactions.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, support complex projects, and promote a customer-focused approach.
