Job Description

As a Full-Time Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valued customers via phone, email, and live chat. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive accurate information about our products and services. You will also be responsible for resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely manner, maintaining detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, and working collaboratively with team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
