Job Summary

As a Virtual Customer Support Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, or chat. You will provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that our customers are satisfied with their experience and that their issues are resolved promptly and efficiently. You will work independently in a remote environment, using your strong communication and problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues.

Responsibilities

* Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate and timely responses to customer queries

  • Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, ensuring that customers are satisfied with the outcome
  • Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions, using CRM tools and other software to track customer interactions
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies, ensuring that customer interactions are handled in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide feedback to improve customer service processes, identifying areas for improvement and suggesting solutions to enhance the customer experience
  • Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer issues, sharing knowledge and expertise to ensure that customers receive the best possible support

Requirements

* High School Diploma or equivalent (required)

  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience (preferred)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Proficient in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office and CRM tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate customer records and document interactions

Preferred Qualifications

* Additional certifications in customer service (preferred)

  • Experience working in a virtual or remote environment (a plus)
  • Strong knowledge of CRM tools and other software used in customer service
  • Experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
