Job Summary

As a remote Customer Care Representative with blithequark, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. You will process reservations, cancellations, and flight changes, assist customers with baggage claims and lost items, and provide information about flight schedules, policies, and procedures. You will also escalate complex issues to appropriate departments for resolution, maintain accurate records of customer interactions, and continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently - Process reservations, cancellations, and flight changes - Assist customers with baggage claims and lost items - Provide information about flight schedules, policies, and procedures - Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments for resolution - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions - Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty - Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives - Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge - Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent required - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to navigate computer systems and operate multiple software applications simultaneously - Previous customer service experience is a plus - Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays - Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities - Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Educational Qualifications
