Job Summary

Responsibilities

As an Entry Level Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and effective manner
  • Resolving customer issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Providing product and service information to customers, including features, benefits, and usage instructions
  • Tracking customer interactions and updating records in our system to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
  • Collaborating with team members to improve customer satisfaction and resolve complex issues
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and team members
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we welcome candidates with:

  • Previous customer service experience, either in-person or remote
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, such as a call center or retail setting
  • Knowledge of our products and services, or a willingness to learn and become an expert
