  • Manage content within CMS platforms, ensuring accuracy and timeliness, and maintain up-to-date documentation related to processes, projects, and procedures.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Current or former teacher with a proven track record of excellence in administrative or educational roles, demonstrating strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high standards of quality, with a focus on delivering accurate and timely results.
  • Proficient in AI and automation tools, with a willingness to learn new technologies quickly, and adapt to changing processes and systems.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and concise messages, and present information effectively.
  • Ability to work efficiently and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with CMS platforms and creating professional presentations and graphics, with a strong understanding of visual design principles and best practices.
  • Comfortable conducting research and developing high-quality content, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for learning.
  • Ability to train and guide team members in using tools and improving workflows, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • References required, with a minimum of two professional references, to verify previous experience and qualifications.
