About the Role: IT Digital Development Manager

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Digital Development Manager to lead our technology innovation efforts. As a key member of our Corporate and Shared Services global teams, you'll be responsible for planning, implementing, and maintaining technology systems and applications that drive business success. Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of IT professionals in the planning, implementation, and maintenance of technology systems and applications, ensuring seamless operations and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address technology needs, including ERP, HCM, CRM, and other business-critical systems.
• Oversee small to large website development projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of IT applications environments, driving innovation and growth.
• Evaluate and recommend new hardware, software, and systems to improve efficiency, productivity, and business outcomes.
• Foster effective working relationships with internal stakeholders and external agency partners, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Ensure best practices are utilized in delivering Reporting/Analytics, Data Management, and Integration Solutions.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• 5+ years of web development experience, with a strong background in hosting, coordinating design/development, SEO, digital advertising, and behavior analytics.
• Exposure to current trends in web development in a cross-platform environment, with a keen eye for innovation and emerging technologies.
• Experience in budgeting and managing IT resources to optimize costs, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Proven leadership skills, with the ability to lead a team of IT professionals and effectively delegate tasks.
• Excellent communication skills, with the capability to collaborate with cross-functional internal and external teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• A base salary ranging from $105,311 to $144,803 per year, depending on the geographic market.
