Key Responsibilities
As an Implementation Manager, you will lead multiple concurrent implementation projects, varying in size and scope, and be accountable for:
- Conducting deep discovery conversations with customers to understand their business and purchasing processes, and designing AB solutions based on their technical requirements and goals.
- Overseeing the execution of the solution, including technical setup, testing, change management, and solution adoption, to ensure delivery on our high-bar customer commitments.
- Effectively communicating proposed solutions, project updates, and risks to customers and Amazon Business Leadership.
- Assessing program risks, anticipating challenges, and providing escalation management when necessary.
- Driving and accelerating spend adoption through change management activities and advising customers on best practices for using Amazon Business solutions.
- Meeting or exceeding targets for customer and/or feature spend adoption.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, tech, and marketing, to scale solutions that increase customer adoption and enhance AB's offering.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Experience positioning and selling innovative solutions to new and existing customers and market segments.
- Knowledge of procurement and source-to-pay methods at small and medium businesses.
- Experience translating customer needs into business requirements.
- 3+ years of B2B implementation or services delivery experience.
- 5+ years of experience implementing procurement and source-to-pay processes and solutions for enterprise customers.
- Experience with change management.
Preferred Qualifications

- A proven track record of meeting and exceeding program goals.
- Experience influencing at all levels within an organization, particularly at the executive level.
- Broad knowledge of technology domains that AB integrates with, such as supply chain, ERP, and eProcurement solutions.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary ranging from $62,100/year to $132,900/year, depending on your location and experience.
