We provide our customers with DeFi non-custodial services, such as liquidity lockers, token vesting solutions, initial liquidity offerings, token minters, and more. Job Summary

We're seeking a proactive and experienced Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, resolving complex issues, and building strong relationships with our clients. If you're passionate about web3, have excellent communication skills, and a passion for problem-solving, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:

  • Implementing the online community moderation strategy, working closely with our community manager to ensure our Discord and Telegram channels deliver high-quality customer service and support to our communities.
  • Presenting and demonstrating our products/services to potential clients.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients, resolving complex issues and building strong relationships.
  • Collaborating with the business development team to support potential clients with their questions regarding our products.
  • Staying updated on industry trends and competition activities.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience as a Customer Support Representative or similar role, preferably with web3 projects.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to learn new concepts quickly, with a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
  • Proficiency in Notion, with experience using this tool to manage customer support and community engagement.
  • Proficiency in English is a must, with additional languages a plus (Chinese preferred).
