Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our plan members, helping them navigate their pharmacy benefit plans, and answering questions regarding prescription coverage, drug inclusion, and mail-order prescriptions. You will be the face of blithequark, delivering heart-driven support and solutions to improve our members' healthcare experience. This is a part-time opportunity with flexible scheduling, offering 20 hours per week, with the possibility of growth and development within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound calls from plan members, providing information and support regarding their pharmacy benefit plans.
  • Address questions and concerns about prescription coverage, drug inclusion, and mail-order prescriptions.
  • Utilize your knowledge and skills to offer solutions and improve the healthcare experience for our plan members.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve exceptional customer service and results.
  • Adhere to HIPAA and regulatory compliance requirements.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience engaging with clients in a call center, retail, customer service, or hospitality environment.
  • Proficiency in Windows-based applications.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to issue resolve in a positive and productive manner.
  • Comfortable engaging with clients in a patient, supportive way that demonstrates genuine concern for improving the client's quality of life.
  • Reliability and compliance with scheduling rules.
  • Ability to demonstrate patience, empathy, and express confidence and certainty.
  • Strong customer service skills, including telephone etiquette and professionalism.
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
