Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy advanced data science models and algorithms using techniques such as machine learning, predictive analytics, and statistical modeling to drive business insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, researchers, software developers, and business leaders to define product requirements and provide analytical support.
• Utilize technical expertise in programming languages such as Python, PySpark, and SQL to analyze large datasets, identify patterns, and extract insights.
• Apply cloud computing technologies, including Azure/Databricks and Snowflake, to manage and analyze complex data sets.
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the business context behind large datasets and create meaningful analytic solutions.
• Communicate complex technical concepts and insights to non-technical stakeholders, including business clients and management teams.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data science, including machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) and a minimum of 4 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or quantitative fields, or a High School/GED and a minimum of 7 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or quantitative fields.
• Advanced degree (M.S. or Ph.D.) in a relevant field, such as computer science, statistics, mathematics, or data science.
• At least 4 years of experience working with large-scale, complex datasets to develop and optimize machine learning models.
• Proficiency in programming languages, including Python, PySpark, and SQL.
• Strong understanding of data analysis, feature engineering, and model development.
• Experience with cloud-based machine learning platforms, distributed computing, and data pipelines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Ph.D. in a relevant field, such as computer science, statistics, mathematics, or data science.
• Experience working with IoT (Internet of Things) and Edge AI.
• Knowledge of reinforcement learning and its applications.
• Experience in the healthcare industry, with a strong understanding of healthcare data and analytics.
