Position Overview

The Entry-Level Remote Data Entry Coordinator will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering, updating, and organizing data in our internal systems. This role requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. You will be an integral part of our Data Management team, contributing to the maintenance of high data quality standards and supporting various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Entry and Management: Enter and update data into our internal systems with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency. Ensure that all data is correctly formatted and processed.
  • Database and File Organization: Organize and maintain databases and files in a structured and accessible manner. Ensure that all data is backed up and easily retrievable.
  • Data Verification and Review: Verify and review data for errors, inconsistencies, or discrepancies. Implement corrective actions to rectify any issues identified.
  • Data Cleanup and Quality Assurance: Assist with data cleanup initiatives to ensure that our data quality standards are met. Participate in quality assurance processes to maintain the integrity of our data.
  • Administrative Support: Support team members with ad hoc administrative tasks, providing assistance where needed to ensure smooth workflow and operational efficiency.
  • Effective Communication: Communicate effectively with team members to ensure that all data-related tasks are completed accurately and on time. Collaborate with other departments as necessary to achieve organizational objectives.

Essential Qualifications

  • Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent required. College students and recent graduates are encouraged to apply, as this role offers valuable experience and a potential career pathway.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are crucial for this role. You must be able to maintain accuracy and consistency in your work.
  • Technical Comfort: You should be comfortable working with computers and basic data entry software. Familiarity with standard office software suites is an asset.
