Job Overview: Program Management Leader As a Program Management Leader, you'll play a critical role in driving the success of our business by leading cross-functional teams, developing and executing strategic plans, and ensuring the effective delivery of projects and programs. You'll be responsible for managing complex projects, prioritizing tasks, and allocating resources to achieve business objectives. This is a senior leadership role that requires a strong and diverse skillset, as well as the ability to influence and drive change across organizational boundaries. Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Needs: Provide functional expertise and execute functional responsibilities, including leading project teams, assessing financial and operational impact, and managing program work plans.
  • Plans and Executes: Develop strategic and operational plans for the work group, including project charters, scope, and review plans. Forecast resource needs and drive decisions through influencing leaders and balancing risk and uncertainty.
  • Leadership: Set goals for the work group, develop organizational capacity, and model how we work together. Drive decisions, identify key liabilities and practices, and foster a positive and productive work environment.

Essential Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience managing large-scale business projects, with a proven track record of delivering successful outcomes in a highly cross-functional environment.
  • 8+ years of experience applying industry-based project management methodologies and tools, with the ability to stay organized across competing priorities.
  • 8+ years of general business experience in large, matrixed organizations, with the ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a highly ambiguous environment.
  • Excellent and compact communication skills, including the development of presentation materials for large audiences and senior leadership teams.
  • Strong meeting management and facilitation skills, with the ability to flex style to different audiences across mediums to yield desired outcomes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft suite and data visualization tools such as Smartsheet, Tableau, Power BI, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a proven ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to drive business results through effective program management.
  • Experience working in a hybrid or remote work environment, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members across different locations.
