Administrative Duties:

- Maintain accurate records of member interactions and feedback, documenting any follow-up actions or escalations required. - Perform data entry and assist with inventory management tasks to ensure an accurate reflection of products available. -

Member Engagement:

- Proactively reach out to members to gather feedback and conduct satisfaction surveys, contributing to Costco's continuous improvement initiatives. - Assist in organizing member events and promotions, contributing to a welcoming and engaging atmosphere. *Requirements:** -

Experience:

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or client support role, preferably within the retail or wholesale industry. -

Educational Background:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in customer service, business, or a related field is a plus. -

Skills and Abilities:

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with a diverse member base. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software tools. - Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in challenging situations. -
