Role Overview

As a Case Analysis Intern at Springworks, you'll gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced environment of our leading background verification platform, SpringVerify. You'll work closely with different teams within the Operations department, developing valuable skills in various aspects of business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the operations team in day-to-day activities, including case analysis, document verification, and database management
• Assist in conducting background verification checks for clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues or customer inquiries in a timely manner
• Contribute ideas for process improvement and optimization
• Perform outbound calls to gather necessary information and follow up on verification requests
• Adhere to established protocols and guidelines to maintain data confidentiality and security
• Complete assigned tasks and projects within specified deadlines with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications

• Recent graduate (2024) in any field, without any full-time prior experience
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Google Sheets
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for identifying discrepancies and inconsistencies in data
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with call-making and telephone etiquette
