About the Role

The Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role in developing and implementing results-based programs and creative initiatives for the marketing communications region. This position requires a strong and diverse skillset, including planning, analysis, writing, and editing of communication materials to promote marketing team objectives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the marketing communications field and be able to provide feedback for decisions and advancement strategies that enhance organizational growth and visibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in laying out and carrying out results-based programs and creative drives for the marketing communications region under broad guidance.
  • Apply in-depth knowledge of the marketing communications field to offer feedback for decisions and advancement strategies that enhance organizational growth and visibility.
  • Execute planning, analysis, writing, and editing of communication materials (e.g., publications, marketing materials, advertisements, talks, scripts, special occasions, career expos, and gatherings) that promote marketing team objectives.
  • Conduct routine meetings with the allocated customer(s) on marketing/communication drives critical to SBU/SSU success.
  • Control distribution review process, including technical and article reviews by in-house and outside analysts to finish critical corrections.
  • Recognize changes to help work area distribution, print creation, and fulfillment services for marketing/communication projects.
  • Mentor junior partners in methods, cycles, and obligations.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of execution and delivery (planning, conveying, and supporting) skills.
  • Working knowledge of business insight.
  • Working knowledge of critical thinking and thinking abilities.
  • Skilled at collaboration and cooperation.
  • Proficient at innovation outlook (agility and developing yourself as well as others) skills.
  • At least 3 years of work experience in a relevant field.
  • A four-year certification or specialized training in a relevant field is preferred.
