Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and guests. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and providing information about products and services in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolving customer complaints in a professional and timely manner, ensuring that our clients and guests feel valued and respected
  • Assisting customers with booking reservations and managing their accounts, ensuring seamless and efficient transactions
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and retention, through proactive communication and issue resolution
  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive excellence

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

* First call resolution rate: 80% or higher

  • Customer satisfaction rating: 90% or higher
  • Average handling time (AHT): 5 minutes or less
  • Net promoter score (NPS): 50 or higher

Qualifications

To succeed as a Remote Customer Care Specialist, you will need:

  • Previous experience in customer service or the hospitality industry, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, with minimal supervision
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly
