Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Support Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate responses to customer queries
  • Providing information about blithequark's products and services, highlighting their features, benefits, and applications
  • Assisting customers with order placement, modifications, and cancellations, ensuring seamless transaction processing
  • Resolving customer complaints in a professional and empathetic manner, escalating issues when necessary
  • Performing data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining high levels of data quality and integrity
  • Conducting outbound calling campaigns to follow up with customers, ensuring timely and effective communication
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues, share best practices, and drive continuous improvement

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong customer support and client services skills, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Proficiency in sales techniques, with the ability to upsell and cross-sell blithequark's products and services
  • Excellent data entry abilities, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Outstanding customer service orientation, with a passion for delivering personalized experiences
  • Familiarity with computerized systems for managing customer interactions, including CRM software and ticketing systems
  • Bilingual proficiency is a plus, but not required
  • Experience in outbound calling is advantageous, but not essential
