Position Details

  • Pay Rate: $15-$18 per hour, commensurate with experience

Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist at Blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Retrieving and recording data from approximately 330 documents, focusing on 12 specific attributes per document, such as contract type and effective date.
  • Accurately entering the collected data into a designated worksheet.
  • Collaborating with the Legal team to address any questions or clarifications.
  • Ensuring data accuracy and completeness, and identifying any discrepancies or issues.
  • Maintaining organized and detailed records of data entry activities.
  • Meeting productivity and quality standards, and achieving performance goals.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Essential Qualifications:
    • Proficiency in Excel and experience using a MacBook.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
    • Previous experience in data entry or a related field.
