  • Office Rotation: Tuesday/Thursday & every other Friday
  • Work from Home Rotation: Monday/Wednesday & every other Friday
  • Competitive Pay Rate: $26 per hour

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, your typical day will involve:

  • Processing Product Complaints: Handle customer complaints through various communication channels, including queues and other platforms
  • Managing Customer Experience: Investigate complaints in a timely and courteous manner, ensuring a positive experience for customers
  • Updating Databases: Accurately update databases with pertinent details and product information
  • Escalating Issues: Escalate issues based on severity to the appropriate levels as needed
  • Maintaining Confidentiality: Ensure the confidentiality of caller and proprietary information by following established procedures

Qualifications and Requirements

If you have the following qualifications, we encourage you to apply:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience: At least 6 months of customer service experience
  • Skills:
    • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Work Schedule: Ability to work a hybrid work schedule comprised of weekly office and remote requirements
