About the Role

As an Associate-Procurement Management, you'll be an integral part of our Procurement vertical, responsible for supporting the procurement process from start to finish. You'll work closely with our team to find and agree on terms, acquire goods, services, or works from external sources, and ensure that our procurement processes are efficient, effective, and compliant with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the procurement process by analyzing and designing best practices for tactical and transactional procurement processes
• Assist in identifying needs, finding and qualifying suppliers, requesting proposals, negotiating with suppliers, contracting, delivery, and analyzing results
• Provide ongoing maintenance of suppliers, create catalogue content, and maintain user authorization data
• Utilize procurement applications to provide efficient and effective transactions and maximize compliance
• Collaborate with project members to effectively deliver on requirements
• Solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines
• Interact with team members and direct supervisor to ensure seamless communication and coordination
