• Utilize Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) to create documents, reports, and presentations.
• Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders across the organization, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Manage multiple tasks and priorities, adapting to changing circumstances and deadlines.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Participate in virtual meetings and training sessions, contributing to a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Essential Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2-4 years of experience in an administrative or customer service role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Working knowledge of ALPA contracts or other collective bargaining agreements.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with minimal supervision.
• Valid work authorization in the United States, without sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the airline or aviation industry.
• Knowledge of airline operations, including flight scheduling and customer service.
• Experience with contract management, collective bargaining agreements, or labor relations.
• Certification in a related field, such as customer service or project management.
• Proficiency in additional software applications, such as CCS or Pilot Records.
