Job Summary

As a Full-Time Remote Analyst - Digital Technology, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our digital technology initiatives. This position requires a strong and diverse skillset in relevant areas, including business analysis, process improvement, and technical skills. Your contributions will be valued, with a compensation package starting at a competitive salary of $22-$27 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed requirements analysis and documentation for digital technology projects
• Develop and maintain business processes, workflows, and system documentation
• Create client stories and user acceptance testing plans
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze data and resolve issues
• Support functional and user acceptance testing
• Develop and maintain technical documentation

Essential Qualifications

• Four-year certification (or 4 years of relevant work experience) in Computer Science, Data Systems, or Business Administration
• 3-5+ years of IT or business experience, or equivalent combination of experience, education, and training
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate with all levels of employees and management

Preferred Qualifications

• Agile scrum software development methodologies experience
• Business analysis and process improvement experience
• Technical skills in areas such as data analysis, SQL, and data visualization
• Experience with project management tools and techniques
