About the Role

As a Systems Manager, Core Data Management, you'll be responsible for managing a team of BSAs who will lead daily sustainment activities, support optimization of core systems, and deliver system enhancements. You'll identify and communicate key responsibilities and practices to ensure your team promotes a successful attitude, confidence in leadership, and teamwork. You'll also provide coaching, feedback, and developmental opportunities to your team members to help them achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Business Systems Analysts (BSAs) who support SuccessFactors Employee Central (Partner Central), SAP HR applications, and Partner & Customer Services systems
• Identify and communicate key responsibilities and practices to ensure team success
• Provide coaching, feedback, and developmental opportunities to team members
• Support optimization of core systems, including projects, initiatives, troubleshooting production issues, and delivering system enhancements
• Think strategically, communicate vision, and execute plans to meet business objectives
• Assess business processes and implement improvements and controls
• Manage complex escalations to resolution, including business-critical process failures
• Utilize excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with business customers and technology at various levels of the organization

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:

• Exceptional people leadership skills with demonstrated ability to create a high-performing team in a collaborative and complex environment
• Ability to think strategically, communicate vision, and execute plans to meet business objectives
• Ability to assess business processes and implement improvements and controls
• Understanding of US GAAP and internal controls
• Experience with ERP systems
• Ability to build relationships and influence others to achieve successful outcomes in cross-functional projects and activities
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications will set you apart:

• Experience with business intelligence and reporting tools
• Prior management or supervision experience
• Demonstrated passion for data cleanliness, automated integrations, and process improvements
• Prior exposure to collaborating with finance and accounting teams to drive tool adoption and system acumen
• Ability to prioritize competing deliverables and resourcing constraints to achieve deadlines
