Job Description: Providing Exceptional Customer Experiences

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the face of our organization, providing product and service information, resolving technical issues, and delivering personalized support to our clients. This role is not only a great opportunity to develop your customer service skills but also a stepping stone to leadership positions, as we promote from within and hire team leaders who manage 5 to 10 representatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming phone calls and emails, providing timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries and issues
  • Communicate internally with colleagues and managers to ensure seamless issue resolution and knowledge sharing
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Troubleshoot common issues with customers, utilizing internal and external proprietary software
  • Assist colleagues and managers with various tasks, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to support the team

Essential Qualifications:

  • Reside in the United States
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in insurance or financial services
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and email, with the ability to learn internal software
  • Proactive and able to prioritize work, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Meet the minimum equipment requirements, including a reliable computer and internet connection

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Previous experience in a leadership role or supervisory position
  • Familiarity with customer service software and technology

  • Internet connection: Hard-wired connection (no wireless), with a minimum download speed of 10 Mbps and upload speed of 3 Mbps
