Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technology Product Management Leader to join our team as a Sr. Product Manager for Relay Spot Supply (RSS). As a key member of our Middle Mile Transportation Technology organization, you will work on technology product management for an exciting and confidential initiative. You will regularly interact with executive leadership and collaborate with business and development teams to define the product strategy, create the product development roadmap, and lead technology architecture and execution. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact by cutting billions of dollars of transportation costs from the ecosystem and fundamentally changing the way people get the stuff they need.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the product strategy for Relay Spot Supply (RSS), aligning with the overall mission of the Middle Mile Transportation Technology organization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, business, and executive leadership, to develop and implement the product roadmap
  • Lead the technology architecture and execution, ensuring the development of high-quality, scalable, and reliable software solutions
  • Work closely with the engineering organization to ensure the successful delivery of products, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the business and technical domains, staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including executive leadership, business teams, and external partners, to ensure alignment and drive results
  • Drive data-driven decision making, using metrics and analytics to inform product decisions and measure success
  • Lead and participate in the development of business cases, proposals, and other documents to support product initiatives

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in an analytical discipline, such as science, engineering, or finance
  • 5+ years of experience in product and/or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology
  • Experience with end-to-end product delivery, including defining product strategy, developing product roadmaps, and leading cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to use data and metrics to drive decisions and measure success
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a proven track record of delivering results and driving change

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • An MBA or Master's degree in a related field
  • Proven record of innovation and thought leadership in product management or a related field
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects or products on tight deadlines
  • Experience managing complex product development cycles, including defining product strategy, developing product roadmaps, and leading cross-functional teams
  • Experience overseeing roadmap strategy and definition, with a focus on driving business results and growth
  • Demonstrated experience shipping commercially successful products to global market segments
  • Able to work in a diverse team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including:

  • A base pay range of $124,500/year to $206,000/year, depending on location and experience
