Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager, Network Management to join our team. As a subject matter expert, you will drive implementation and process improvement to ensure CVS/Caremark is compliant with present and future regulations that impact the pharmacy network division. You will collaborate with key functional leaders to implement regulatory requirements into business processes and initiate system enhancements needed to meet regulatory requirements. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying and escalating associated business risks to Senior Pharmacy Network Leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for guidance and regulations, driving implementation and process improvement to ensure compliance with present and future regulations
  • Collaborate with key functional leaders to implement regulatory requirements into business processes and initiate system enhancements
  • Identify and escalate associated business risks to Senior Pharmacy Network Leadership
  • Understand Local, State, and Federal regulations and related end-to-end processes, focusing primarily on Member and Pharmacy Network impacts
  • Be a key decision-maker to address escalated issues with Clients
  • Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of highly skilled technical professionals

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Essential Qualifications

  • 7+ years of professional work experience in the healthcare industry
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Actuarial Science, or Mathematics (or equivalent combination of education and experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced Actuarial Skills in the Health Care Industry
  • Advanced MS Office skills, advanced knowledge of relational databases and warehouses, advanced SQL, OLAP, and SAS skills
  • Strong problem-solving, management, and leadership skills
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a multidisciplinary team environment and independently
  • Proven track record of implementing efficiencies and solutions developed primarily based on input from end-users

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

We offer a competitive total rewards package that includes:

  • A salary range of $67,900.00 - $149,328.00 per year
  • Eligibility for a CVS Health bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program
