About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our team at blithequark. As a key member of our Data Science team, you'll play a critical role in developing and implementing AI models that drive business growth and improve visitor experiences. You'll work closely with our internal partners to design and deploy intelligent systems that enhance our attractions and provide unparalleled customer support.

Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Data Analyst at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement AI models that drive business growth and improve visitor experiences
  • Designing and deploying intelligent systems that enhance our attractions and provide unparalleled customer support
  • Leading and working with data scientists and engineers to execute and scale ML solutions that create magical experiences for our visitors and push the limits of functional objectives
  • Driving innovation, idea validation, and proof-of-concept development that leads to top-tier AI platforms
  • Managing functional support and maintenance of ML-related products and services delivered by the team
  • Building standard techniques used in everyday tasks and working with specialty units to plan, design, and execute large-scale projects in the AI space
  • Productionizing ML models in predictive analytics, clustering, image recognition, NLP, anomaly detection, and more, and assessing their performance on real-world datasets
  • Collaborating with other teams to achieve goals in improving system performance and coordinating with existing software practices that produce efficient code, including automated testing, continuous integration, code style consistency, and code reviews

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 2 years of experience in Python and predictive modeling, including experience with TensorFlow, SparkMLib, PySpark, Light, MXNet, and more
  • 2 years of experience in cloud platforms like AWS and GCP
  • Proficiency in SDLC, QA cycles, and Agile programming methodologies
  • Master's-level experience in structured and unstructured data (e.g., images, video, text, audio) and SQL social and non-social datasets
  • 2 years of experience with Windstream or another data workflow management tool
  • Experience with version control software, like GitHub and GitLab, Model Operations, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience in driving discovery processes with partners to identify business requirements and desired outcomes, and a strong ability to communicate effectively and make decisions
  • Strong system integration engineering skills, with the ability to transform new technology into business solutions

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with Docker

  • Experience with control frameworks
  • Experience with Kubernetes
  • Experience with cloud platforms in GCP or another cloud platform
  • Experience with Atlassian tools like Jira and Confluence
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies
  • Experience with automated testing, continuous integration, and continuous deployment
  • Experience with data visualization and data validation tools (e.g., Splunk, Plotly, Tableau)
  • Experience with audio analysis
  • Experience with text analysis

Education

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related technical field

  • Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related technical field (desired)
