About the Position

As a full stack customer support agent at blithequark, you will be responsible for responding to simple questions from website visitors, providing accurate and helpful information, escalating complex issues, maintaining a positive and friendly attitude, and recording and tracking customer interactions. The work can be done remotely from anywhere in the world, and you can work flexible hours that fit your schedule. We provide all the necessary information, and all you need to do is select a template answer and paste it into the reply box. We are looking for individuals who are friendly, helpful, and have a willingness to learn. This is an entry-level position, and full training is provided. So, whether you are a student, stay-at-home parent, or looking for a side gig, this is an excellent opportunity to earn extra income.

Responsibilities

* Responding to customer inquiries promptly and professionally

  • Providing accurate and helpful information to customers
  • Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team member or department
  • Maintaining a positive and friendly attitude during customer interactions
  • Recording and tracking customer interactions in the designated system or software

Requirements

* Access to a laptop, phone, or tablet with a reliable internet connection

  • Basic understanding of the English language
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems

Compensation and Benefits
