- CEA: payment, policy, and quotation status
- Performing daily assigned tasks with a primary emphasis on call center activities.
- Researching and resolving customer or broker questions and problems in a timely and efficient manner.
- Handling agency licensing tasks, such as:
- Registering new brokers
- Address changes
- Agency mergers
- Following up with other departments to resolve problem files and ensuring seamless communication.
- Inputting data into a desktop database for all incoming calls and maintaining accurate records.
- Assisting customers at the front desk when necessary and providing exceptional support.
- Distributing faxes and other correspondence to the relevant department.
- Facilitating the processing of evidence of insurance requests as required.

Requirements and Qualifications
