Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic thought leadership to support broader objectives, identify decisions that need to be made, and drive prioritization.
• Connect the vision with the tangible elements that enable its realization, ensuring clarity and direction.
• Empower teams and leaders to come to a clear understanding of various initiatives within the larger framework.
• Act as a liaison between business and IT groups across organizations to achieve consistency and collaborations on technology use and development.
• Ensure clarity of business requirements from stakeholders to enable proper preparation and planning of new initiatives.
• Communicate horizontally and vertically to drive and recommend key outcomes to all levels of leadership.
• Uphold inclusive leadership values, develop and care for the team, and positively impact the culture at blithequark.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience/training.
• 5-7 years of professional experience, with at least three years in airline, technology, operations, or consulting.
• A proven track record of working collaboratively across a wide variety of cross-functional teams and initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Preferred Qualifications

While not mandatory, having the following qualifications can give you a competitive edge:

• Product management experience.
• Change management experience.
• Past portfolio management experience with the ability to lead, prioritize, and focus on projects.
• The ability to interpret between the worlds of technology and business.
