Overview of the Role:
IP House is looking for US Law Enforcement Response Specialists for important work touching a broad range of issues, including child protection, trafficking, and online threats. If you’re looking to collaborate with a team of smart, supportive, and creative people doing work that really matters, IP House is the right place.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Review, analyze, and deliver results responsive to confidential criminal legal requests for electronic customer records in compliance with the legal/policy requirementsAssess, prioritize, triage, and escalate emergency, urgent, and standard legal requests for dataRespond to law enforcement and other designated, approved contacts to answer questionsIdentify and escalate matters that are out of compliance or require reviewIdentify and escalate technical tool failures or bugsComplete tracking and request logging for clients and managementOther tasks as assigned.What You’ll Bring:The ideal candidates will be hard-working, enthusiastic individuals with an exceptional ability to prioritize and reprioritize daily tasks. Success depends on the following:Ability to work shifts between 7AM – 7PM Eastern, Monday through FridayExcellent verbal and written communication skills, accurate listening skills, and ability to deliver exceptional customer serviceExceptional attention to detail and ability to adhere to established processExceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze/organize informationAbility to maintain a high degree of confidentiality, exhibit good judgment, and utilize effective decision-making skillsA high degree of proficiency in Windows OS & MS Office software is expected for this position. SQL experience is a bonusThe ability to speak multiple languages is highly desirablePreference will be given to Pennsylvania residents. We currently hire remote employees from the following states in which we are licensed: CA, PA, NY, IL, OH, OR, TX, WA.We hire qualified candidates who are legally eligible to work in the United States.
