Key Responsibilities * Provide superior service to our customers who have purchased extended warranty contracts for wireless cell phone handsets. * Listen to customers' concerns and show empathy while resolving their issues. * Take the initiative to truly understand customers' current challenges, solve them, and use your expertise to proactively help them avoid future challenges. What We're Looking For * Strong attention to detail: You'll need to be meticulous in your work and able to multitask using technology, including call handling. * Love talking to people: You'll be on the phone all day, so you'll need to enjoy interacting with customers and be able to WOW them on every call. * Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills: You'll need to be able to communicate effectively with customers and your team. * Relentless drive to own the customer's problem and resolve it: You'll need to be proactive and determined to find solutions. * Ability to adapt well to change: Our industry is constantly evolving, so you'll need to be flexible and able to adapt quickly. * Ability to work well in a fast-paced work environment: You'll need to be able to thrive in a dynamic environment where no two days are ever the same. * Ability to think outside of the box to resolve problems: We value creativity and outside-the-box thinking. * Minimum high school diploma or GED: You'll need to have a solid educational foundation to succeed in this role.
