Customer Service Coordinator Role
As a Customer Service Coordinator at blithequark, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Creating a great customer experience by offering outstanding customer service
- Answering and transferring phone calls on our multi-line phone system
- Solving customer issues by scheduling service appointments
- Accurately finalizing service tickets by applying parts used and documenting service technician's diagnosis
- Communicating with customers regarding part orders, appointments, and service follow-up
- Collaborating with support, sales, service, installation, and delivery staff to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Performing other duties as assigned
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- An outgoing personality with exceptional customer service skills and a can-do attitude
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with multi-line phone systems
- Acute attention to detail and follow-up of issues
