Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) with blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients' enthusiastic callers. Key Responsibilities

As a blithequark CSR, your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional customer service to our clients' enthusiastic callers
• Answering inbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner
• Meeting or exceeding performance targets and incentives
• Maintaining accurate records and reports of customer interactions
• Participating in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

To be successful as a blithequark CSR, you will need:

• A minimum of 3 months of customer service experience, preferably telephone based or call center oriented
• The ability to type 40 wpm or higher with an emphasis on accuracy
• Moderate proficiency in computer operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• The ability to complete online certification using resources provided by blithequark with minimal assistance
• A pleasant, enthusiastic phone presence with attention to intonation, diction, and inflection
• The ability to read scripting provided by our clients verbatim
• Previous experience working in a remote atmosphere is preferred but not required
• The ability to successfully clear a criminal background check

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

• Previous experience working in a call center or customer service environment
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Knowledge of scripting and workflow management
• Experience working with a variety of clients and customer bases

Computer and Internet Requirements

As a blithequark CSR, you will need to meet the following computer and internet requirements:

• A Windows-based PC with anti-malware security software
• A minimum of 2 GB RAM
• A CPU (Intel or AMD) 2GHz processor (or equivalent)
• A resolution of 1,280 x 720 (720p) or greater
• High-speed internet with a minimum bandwidth of 10Mbps upload and 25 Mbps download
• Cable, DSL, or FiOS internet connections are acceptable
• Chrome is the only acceptable internet browser at this time

Work Environment

Your workspace must be in an appropriate, private location free of all background noises. You will be responsible for ensuring that your workspace meets the necessary business office equipment requirements, including a computer and other equipment that properly meets blithequark, client, and security compatibility requirements.

Shift and Work Location

As a blithequark CSR, you will have the flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including:

• Day shift

• Morning shift
• Night shift
• Overnight shift

You will work remotely from the comfort of your own home, with the freedom to set your own schedule and work at times that suit you best.
