Job Summary:

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the face of our brand, engaging with customers via phone, email, and chat channels to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide assistance with booking, reservations, and other travel-related matters.   • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of airline industry regulations, policies, and procedures, staying up-to-date on the latest developments and trends
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize service delivery and achieve performance targets, working together to drive results and exceed customer expectations

Essential Qualifications:
