Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and managing projects from beginning to end, including project scope, timeline, capacity planning, resource allocation, and project execution
  • Proactively managing change control and communicating impact in project scope, identifying issues, and devising contingency plans
  • Identifying and managing project dependencies, risk-based prioritization, and critical paths
  • Planning and scheduling project timelines and milestones using project management tools
  • Working independently and remaining flexible, with the ability to prioritize workloads and maintain resilient attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
  • Coordinating with DPS management, tech, operations, Amazon Legal, and multiple other teams in the development of project management standards and other efforts that enable operations and manage risk
  • Anticipating bottlenecks, providing escalation management, anticipating and making trade-offs, and balancing customer and business needs versus resource constraints

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 3+ years of program or project management experience
  • 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization

Preferred Qualifications

Preferred candidates will have:

  • 3+ years of driving end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
  • 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
  • PMP certificate

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. We also offer a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, as well as equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation as part of a total compensation package.
