Key Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls in a timely and professional manner, providing excellent customer service and resolving customer inquiries and issues.
• Assist customers by answering questions and providing information about our products and services.
• Troubleshoot issues and address questions related to orders placed by customers, ensuring that customers receive the support they need.
• Follow up with customers to ensure they have received quality customer service and to identify opportunities to improve our service.
• Complete after-call information and data entry to our system, ensuring that customer interactions are accurately recorded and tracked.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 1+ year of experience in a Customer Service role, preferably in a call center environment.
• A High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable high-speed internet with the ability to be hard-wired.
• Residency in one of the following states: MN, WI, IA, or MI.
• Availability to work one weekend day and between the hours of 12pm - 9pm on weekdays.
• The ability to attend full-time day training for 2 weeks.

• Previous experience in a performance-based customer service environment.
