We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outbound Call Center Representative to join our Member Engagement team, working remotely to make a meaningful impact on the lives of Medicare Advantage and Medicaid health plan members.

About the Role

As an Outbound Call Center Representative, you will be the frontline representative of Signify Health, contacting members by phone to offer, explain, and schedule free in-home or virtual healthcare evaluations. Your exceptional communication skills, persuasive abilities, and professional courtesy will be essential in building trust and ensuring a positive experience for our members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make an average of 50 outbound calls per hour using an automatic dialer system to offer, explain, and schedule healthcare evaluations.
  • Follow approved scripts, respond to rebuttals persuasively, and ensure members understand the terms and conditions.
  • Present a positive, professional, and high-energy approach to clients, health plan members, and team members.
  • Meet daily productivity, quality, and customer service goals, including 300-400 outbound dials per day and 24 appointments set per day.
  • Adjust, reschedule, and cancel appointments with members and contracted providers as requested.
  • Monitor performance results using designated reporting systems and report member complaints and escalations to Member Engagement Managers.
  • Participate in peer side-by-side coaching as needed and adhere to HIPAA and other security and privacy guidelines.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ year of call center experience or 2+ years of general work experience.
  • Previous outbound call center or high-volume experience working in a metrics-driven environment is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to be friendly, conversational, and persuasive.
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to use multiple systems simultaneously while making calls.
  • Ability to adhere to a fixed daily schedule, including start, breaks, lunch, and end times.

Preferred Qualifications

To stand out as a candidate, you will ideally have:

  • Experience working with an auto dialer system and using scripts.
  • A background in a fast-paced, results-oriented outbound call center environment.
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding productivity and quality targets.
