Key Responsibilities

• Ensure customer and associate safety and comfort while minimizing service costs by conducting diagnostic procedures, providing proactive solutions to issues, and implementing and following up on solutions.
• Perform extraordinary or unique programming tasks to building controls systems by adjusting or changing the structure controls techniques, identifying and responding to trends with alerts, thaws out, and work orders, and identifying and responding to manufacturer reviews.
• Program light harvesting and ensure sustainability drives and energy reductions are achieved through programming changes.
• Collaborate with teams in building performance and controls by utilizing and sharing resources, data, and tools.
• Determine client needs and business needs while prioritizing and executing work tasks.
• Provide counsel, feedback, and support to ensure timetables and work quality are achieved and demonstrate and help others with how to adjust to change or new challenges.
• Create, communicate, and implement processes and practices to address business issues by collaborating with directors, collaborators, clients, and other colleagues.
• Analyze and apply data from various sources and monitor progress and results.
• Identify and address progress opportunities.
• Participate in teams in building performance and controls by utilizing and sharing resources, data, and tools.
