Key Responsibilities
As a 3rd shift Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

- Documenting all client interactions and transactions accurately, maintaining a high level of data integrity for future reference.
- Utilizing basic business math to address and resolve customer inquiries and issues, providing timely and effective solutions.

- Adhering strictly to legal and company guidelines, enhancing the integrity and operation of our services.
- Processing payments meticulously, ensuring accuracy in all financial transactions.
- Evaluating loan applications using detailed analysis through advanced software tools to determine applicant eligibility.
- Keeping clients informed throughout the loan application process, ensuring they understand all aspects and obligations.
- Staying informed of the latest trends and updates in financial services to enhance client interaction and service delivery.
- Multi-tasking effectively, managing conversations and documentation simultaneously.
Required Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate:
- Demonstrated excellence in customer service and communication, with a proven ability to manage stress and maintain composure in challenging situations.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and internet applications.
- High school diploma or GED; further education or certification in financial services is a plus.
Preferred Skills
While not required, experience in a financial service environment, especially in loan processing or customer service, is highly desirable. Additionally, advanced technical skills, including cloud-based systems and multiple banking software, will be beneficial in this role.
Working Conditions
