Responsibilities

As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Support Specialist – Web & Cloud Application Development, you will play a vital role in our customer support team, working remotely to provide exceptional service to our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via chat in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate and helpful information to customers
  • Resolving customer issues and complaints by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives, including refunds, replacement products, or other solutions
  • Following up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved and they are satisfied with the outcome
  • Using available resources to research and provide accurate information to customers, staying up-to-date on the latest information to provide excellent answers to customers
  • Identifying and escalating priority issues to appropriate departments, ensuring that critical customer issues are addressed promptly
  • Meeting daily and weekly performance metrics, including metrics related to customer satisfaction, response times, and issue resolution times
  • Providing feedback to management on customer concerns and trends, helping us to continually improve our products and services
  • Collaborating with other team members to achieve team goals, sharing knowledge and supporting one another to deliver exceptional customer experiences

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess customer needs, analyze information, and provide creative solutions to help customers resolve their issues
  • A customer-centric approach, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in software applications such as chat software, email clients, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of self-motivation and discipline
  • Adaptability, with the ability to adapt to changes in technology, processes, and procedures
  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Experience working in a customer support role, preferably in a remote or virtual environment
  • Familiarity with cloud-based applications and web development
  • Experience working with Amazon Seller Central or similar platforms
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
