As a Commercial Planning Supervisor, you will play a critical role in shaping the business strategy and driving growth for blithequark's streaming services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including brand and performance marketing, country teams, business development, and finance to optimize subscriber acquisition, retention, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive planning models, including annual operating plan models and monthly forecasting models, to inform business decisions.
• Support the development of blithequark's annual strategy and quarterly planning processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Analyze business cases and scenarios to inform decision-making on pricing, go-to-market strategies, and monetization optimization.
• Conduct in-depth analyses on drivers of performance for the previous quarter, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with regional teams to anticipate and prepare for EMEA and US business updates.
• Present complex data insights and recommendations to various stakeholders, including country teams, global teams, and executives.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, finance, or economics.
• Experience working in data-driven environments, driving decision-making through data analysis.
• High numerical and analytical ability, with attention to detail and rigorousness.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple task schedules and deadlines.
