Customer Service Representative Italian + English

Location: Remote in Lisbon, Portugal

Start Date: 23 October 2025

We are looking for an Italian + English-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team and deliver excellent service to our customers. If you are a great communicator, problem-solver, and enjoy helping others, wed love to hear from you!

• Monday to Saturday (including bank holidays): 08:00 18:00 (Portuguese time)
• Days Off: Sunday + 1 rotational day

• Remote work (based in Lisbon, Portugal)

• Base salary: 1,000 per month (x14 months)
• Performance bonus: 100 per month (x12 months) based on performance
• Meal allowance: 7.23 per working day
• Transport allowance: 20 per month

Welcome Bonus (for hires starting 1st September onward):

• Paid in 12 monthly instalments during the first year (1/12 per month)
• Conditional on less than 6% unjustified absenteeism in the preceding month
• Not part of the fixed monthly salary package

• Health insurance: Starts from day 1 (small monthly contribution, free after 6 months of contract)

• Languages: Native/Fluent Italian + good English (B2 or above)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced customer service environment
• Ability to work on rotational schedules from Monday to Saturday
