Job Title: Emergency Response Partnership Development Specialist Location: Remote Job Summary:

• We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Emergency Response Partnership Development Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in fostering and nurturing strategic partnerships with nonprofit organizations within the disaster response and related sectors. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our capacity to respond effectively to emergencies by leveraging collaborative efforts with key partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential nonprofit partners in disaster response and related sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing partners, serving as a key contact during onboarding and emergencies.
• Schedule and lead meetings with partners, and support planning for an in-person gathering in late 2025.
• Document outreach efforts and relationship-building activities, ensuring clear progress tracking and follow-up.
• Some travel may be required for partner-related meetings.

Skills Required

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in partnership development, program coordination, or stakeholder engagement.
• Strong experience with nonprofits and tech-driven organizations, especially in disaster response and public health.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Highly organized and self-directed, able to prioritize in fast-paced environments.
• Experience in startup or emergency contexts, comfortable with limited structure.

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree.
