  • * Escalate complex issues to higher management or technical teams when necessary.
  • * Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records of conversations, resolutions, and follow-ups.
  • * Assist in improving customer satisfaction by identifying trends and suggesting improvements in the support process.
  • * Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and support workflow.
  • * Meet performance metrics related to response time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution.
  • * Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and industry best practices to better assist customers.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • * Proven experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in a chat-based environment.
  • * Excellent written communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
  • * Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • * Comfortable using chat software, CRM tools, and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace).
  • * Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously.

  • Experience:
  • * Previous experience in a customer support or helpdesk role is preferred.
  • * Experience in handling customer inquiries through chat platforms is a plus, but not required.
  • * Any prior experience working remotely is advantageous.
