Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls, live chats, and emails from customers
- Provide accurate information regarding flight bookings, schedules, and travel policies
- Resolve issues related to reservations, cancellations, refunds, and baggage
- Maintain professionalism in high-stress or time-sensitive situations
- Accurately document interactions in customer service systems
- Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate department
- Meet daily performance targets including call resolution and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred
- Prior experience in customer support or call center is a plus
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Ability to multitask using CRM software and airline systems
- Must have a quiet home office setup and reliable high-speed internet
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
