Job Summary

We are seeking passionate and motivated individuals to join our team as Walmart Online Support Agents. This is a remote, part-time position offering flexible scheduling that allows you to work under 4 hours a day. The pay for this role is competitive, with starting salaries of $15 per hour. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries via online platforms, including email, chat, and other digital communication channels.

  • Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns, providing timely and effective support throughout the online shopping experience.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent education; further education in customer service or communication is a plus.
  • Experience: Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory; we welcome entry-level candidates with the right attitude.
  • Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Technical skills: Familiarity with online communication tools and e-commerce platforms, basic understanding of Walmart's products and services (training will be provided).
