About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our evening shift team. As a Sales Representative with Endurance Warranty Services, you'll have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team, develop your skills, and achieve uncapped commission-based career success. Our Marketing Team spends millions of dollars on lead generation, and our Training Department has a combination of over 50 years of experience, ensuring you have the tools and support you need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Work an evening shift (2PM to 10PM CST Monday-Friday or Sunday - Thursday)
• Complete 2 weeks of Training (Monday - Friday 9AM-5PM CST)
• Answer a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers
• Average 100-150 calls per day and expect to close 4 to 6 sales daily
• Identify the needs of prospective customers and sell the motor vehicle contract that best protects their investment
• Strive to successfully complete a one-call close
• Masterfully overcome objections by leveraging rebuttal tactics
• Persuasively-educating consumers on the benefits and value of a vehicle service contract
• Remain open to constructive feedback, training, and mentorship from managers and leaders
• Work effectively as a team-player, contributing to a positive environment
• Be interactive and communicative with management and co-workers in a visible manner, requiring camera usage for training, team meetings, and meetings with management
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

We're looking for individuals with a can-do attitude and a driven mindset. If you have a desire to win and achieve consistently, analyzing problems and taking effective action, executing active listening and rapport-building skills, confidence and resilience to overcome challenges, and strong computer literacy, we want to hear from you.

• High school diploma or GED required
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
• Property & Casualty license a plus
• 3 years of commission-based sales experience
• 3 years of negotiation experience
• 3 years of call center experience
• 3 years of contract sales

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary with uncapped commission potential, averaging $60,000 or more, with many members of our sales force on pace to earn over $100,000 this year. Our benefits include:
