Job Summary

As a Senior OneStream Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for applying business and technical expertise to design, implement, and support new business capabilities into Client's OneStream systems and related third-party systems. You will lead and/or participate in global projects in Finance, focusing primarily on the Consolidations and Reconciliations processes and integrations with Client's SAP ERP system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Relationship Management: Establish relationships primarily with Accounting and external third-party vendors globally and secondarily with other department functions to drive daily management and problem-solving around Consolidations and Reconciliation, related issues.
• OneStream Configuration and Maintenance: Configure and maintain OneStream Consolidations and Reconciliations and (or other modules as needed) to meet business requirements, including integration points with other OneStream modules or other peripheral system applications.
• Business Process Analysis and Solution Design: Collaborate with business teams globally to gain a deep understanding of business processes and requirements and design, develop, and test system solutions to address business requirements.
• Project Leadership and Implementation: Lead implementation projects in alignment with Workwarp IT's methodologies and governance model and collaborate with other IT teams to ensure solution designs are well integrated and aligned to the overall enterprise architecture.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business, (or related) or the equivalent in work experience.
• Experience: 13+ years of experience in the Information Technology profession focused on ERP design, implementation, which includes project management.
• OneStream Experience: 8+ years of functional design, implementation, support of OneStream, Consolidations Reconciliations, Task Manager, or FP&A modules and related Accounting and Finance processes.
• SAP Configuration and Business Processes: Experience in SAP configuration and business processes and module understanding in FICO, SD, and MM.
• Business Process and Configuration: Business process and configuration, interface mapping, IDOCs knowledge related to 3PL integration.
• Performance Management Platforms: Experience in Performance Management platforms and application connecting to SAP and good understanding of integration with other business applications (Microsoft Power BI, Vertex, BillTrust, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications:

• OneStream Certification: Certification in OneStream; OCP Lead Architect with healthcare or life science industry.
• PMP and or CSM Certification: PMP and or CSM Certification.
• Peripheral Applications: Experience in peripheral applications such as Hyperion HFM, Planning, Essbase, or CPM.
• Validated Systems: Experience in handling validated systems.
